Current Board Members

COORDINATOR and CHAIR
Subhojit Roye
Roye is currently a member of the Practice Management team for Enterprise Applications Services at Wipro Technologies, a services company with a strong focus on the financial services vertical. Prior to his current role in the FIN-SIG, he helped OAUG start the Migration & Integration Special Interest Group (MIG-SIG). His interest in the OAUG began when he could not find a suitable forum to obtain relevant information for a start-up that would be dedicated purely on migration technologies.

Professionally Roye has over 15 years of experience, having worked at Oracle Corporation in varied capacities in Sales, as well as Alliances before moving to Oracle Consulting. Subsequently he helped build the Oracle Practice for Solix Technologies, a California based Oracle Services Provider before joining iGATE to help manage their strategic technology partners.

A BS in Engineering and an MBA, Roye enjoys spending all his free time with his wife and two boys in Pittsburgh , in addition to performing community service and helping the OAUG.

CO-CHAIRPERSON
Rich Maddox
Rich is currently the Manager of Financial Systems and Processes at T. Rowe Price Group in Baltimore , MD. Specifically, he supports the Finance process improvement process, leveraging the necessary technology (Oracle Applications, Hyperion, and numerous other software applications), while also administering the Enterprise-wide Major Expenditure Process.

Collectively, he has spent over 10 years in supporting financial systems and processes for T. Rowe Price, BGE, and Constellation Energy (CEG).

During his time at Baltimore Gas & Electric, he helped form, then ultimately Chair the very active Energy and Utility Special Interest Group for the Oracle Application User Group(OAUG). Rich has a Bachelor of Science from Towson University in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Science, along with a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Management Information Technology. Rich is also a CPA and started his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse. In his spare time, Rich enjoys spending time with his four active children.

ENHANCEMENTS CHAIRPERSON:

Greg Fitzgerald

Greg is currently Vice President of Management Reporting at Ohio Savings Financial Corporation (5 years), a $12 billion Financial Services company with a strong focus on the Mortgage and Deposit Businesses. Currently Greg also serves as the Chairman of the Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA) Users Group. He is also a long-standing member of the Association for Management Information in Financial Services (AMIfs) and served in the past on the local AMA board in various roles. His interest in the OAUG began when he started looking for other financial institutions that were using more of the Oracle Applications than just OFSA for Management Reporting and Analysis purposes.

Professionally Greg has over 22 years of banking experience, 21 of those in Management Reporting roles. Including experience as a manager and analyst in Organizational, Product and Customer profitability, Activity Based Costing, Budgeting & Forecasting, Product Pricing, and Business Process Improvement. Most recently Greg has been responsible for managing the implementation of Oracle OFSA, and is currently working on projects to implement Oracle Financial Analyzer (OFA) and Oracle's Activity Based Management (ABM) software at Ohio Savings. Prior to his current role at Ohio Savings, Greg's experience included wrok at National City/First of America Corp (7 years) and Michigan National Bank (10 years).

A BS in Accounting, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and two children (5 and 8 years old) in Cleveland and golfing when the snow melts.

COMMUNICATIONS CHAIRPERSON:

Samir Singh

Samir is Vice-President, Global Technology Solutions at Genpact (formerly known as GE Capital International Services, GECIS), a leading provider of Business and Technology services ( www.genpact.com ). With its heritage in servicing GE Capital's global businesses, Genpact provides a wide range of solutions for global financial services organizations - business process services, technology consulting and outsourcing. Since 2003 Samir has focussed on helping Financial Services clients in consolidation, standardization and global transformation of their leasing and loans business processes using enterprise solutions (including Oracle's Lease Management Solution) and global shared services solutions for origination, billing and collections, customer service, asset management and re-marketing .

Samir has over 14 years of professional experience having worked in business consulting at Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint and Oracle Corp. in the areas of business process transformation, finance & accounting shared service center set-up, Oracle ERP consulting, project & engagement management . His financial services industry experience includes operations and systems consulting to companies in P&C Insurance, Derivatives Brokerage, Commercial Loans & Leasing. He started his career in Tax & Business advisory consulting, wherein he was involved in structuring and implementing large cross-border transactions for multinational corporations. His business experience includes management training and commercial management at Unilever.

A Chartered Accountant by training. Samir is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and supporting non-profit organizations like the OAUG.
